To register for Trade Credentials please log on to www.nmma.org/registration. Your credentials will be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks of receipt of application.

When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.
